How do I reserve my date?
Give us a call at 546-4424 and we will talk about what you need to do to reserve your date. We look forward to hearing from you!
What does it cost to rent? Can I just do a few hours?
Facility Rental:
$500/ ½ day (7 am–12 pm or 12 pm–5 pm) 5-hour increments. $800/day (7 am – 11 pm) 10-12 hours.
$125/Chamber Coffees or After 5’s ($50 cleaning fee)
Small Meeting Room Rental:
$100 for 3 hours / $200 for an entire day
Large Boardroom Rental:
$150 for 3 hours / $250 for an entire day
Tables & Chairs:
Tables, Chairs, and Linens – $15 per table of 10
Food Order:
All desserts must be arranged through Habitué Coffeehouse & Bakery
Audio/Visual Equipment:
$100.00 – only our staff may set up for you. Prior Approval is Required.
Refundable Security Deposit:
$300.00 Security & ½ rental price due upon signing of the contract
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks of the event, any food that was special ordered will be charged to the guest. This is also because of the fact that we have the space reserved and would need to turn other parties away, which means a loss of revenue for us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, or credit cards as valid forms of payment.
FACILITY QUESTIONS
What is your policy on decorations?
- Nothing may be attached to the walls, ceiling, or building surfaces. No adhesives, tacks, nails, screws, staples or other items that will cause damage may be used.
- Battery-operated candles may be used. Absolutely no flames of any kind may be used: candles, sparklers, smoking material, lighters, matches, or any pyrotechnics or fireworks.
- No glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice, or silly string is permitted on the property.
How large is your facility and what is your capacity?
The event space is 2500 sq. ft. and could seat about 160 people at round tables, and about 270 people for conference seating.
Do you have a commercial kitchen available?
We have an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and freezer available for your use. They are located in the kitchen right off of the main room.
Do you supply plates, cups and silverware?

Can I have a bar and what does it cost?
Individuals renting the space are welcome to bring their own alcohol; however, they will be required to sign a release of liability upon rental. If you are looking for a stocked bar with bartenders, that can be arranged through Habitué Coffeehouse & Bakery.
Can we use our favorite caterer even though they're not listed?
Outside food and drink will be permitted, and desserts only from Habitue Coffeehouse & Bakery. Habitué has a catering division, if interested.
